My work is grounded in attachment theory and informed by the understanding that our nervous systems, emotions, and relationships are deeply intertwined. Together, we explore how earlier experiences—especially relational or traumatic ones—may be shaping present-day patterns, including self-criticism, emotional reactivity, avoidance, or disconnection.

Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy is a collaborative process of understanding and gently releasing survival strategies that no longer serve you. We work toward helping you access a more grounded, compassionate, and authentic sense of self—your core self—from which new choices and deeper connection become possible.
